Ashtanga Yoga 

Meaning "To Unite or Integrate" in Sanskrit, yoga is an ancient practice used in joining breath, body, mind and spirit to exist in harmony.

Meaning “eight-limbed yoga” this type of yoga is made-up of quick-paced vinyasas, with continuous movements to work the muscles and quiet the mind.

Yoga improves strength and flexibility, promotes better posture, stimulates the abdominal organs, improves circulation, tones muscles, and builds body awareness.

Yoga combines exercise, breathing and meditation to achieve and maintain balance; a whole body workout to stay physically and mentally fit!
